Drives access Denied

Hi:

I have a Windows 2008 R2 Enterprise with three drives(c:, d: and f:) and d: and f: We are getting access denied on d: and f: drive, UAC if off and We took ownership with Domain Administrator to the Drives , there is no PO running, We removed Antivirus and no luck.

Any Ideas?
