FSRM Access denied

Hi, I am wondering if anyone else has experience of this as I cannot find a solution.

On our FSRM server the ISCI target for some folders was changed to a different ISCI target and now I am getting the errors below. I have tried the whole check SVI permissions to no avail but on closer examination it appears that the FSRM server is looking for a drive \\?\***

It appears like its trying to find the old target and failing. That Target cannot be reconnected now so that option is out. Does anyone have any suggestions or had this problem before?
