Access Denied when saving file on file share

I have a Server running 2008r2 as a file share. I have two user security groups, SG1 & SG2, in Active Directory that are getting "Access Denied" when they edit and try to save a file directly on the file share. All my other Security Groups are working.

The root drive shared has:

Share permissions of everyone full control, authenticated users full control, and domain users change.

Security has everyone modify, authenticated users modify, domain users modify, and administrators full control.

There is a folder below the root that is shared as well.

Folder A has Share permissions of everyone full control, authenticated users full control, and domain users change. It has security groups: everyone modify, authenticated users modify, domain users modify, and administrators full control.

In Folder A has a folder in it that is used strickly by users in SG1. That folder has security of everyone modify, authenticated useres modify, SG1 modify, administrators full control, and other security groups read&execute, list folder contents, and read.

Initialy, I tried had everyone in sharing with full control; everyone in security as read&execute, list folder contents, and read, and SG1 with modify on SG1's folder, but SG1 was  getting "Access Denied".

I do not know what I am missing...Please help!

SG2 is a mirror with the same error.

I also have a user in a different security group that cannot see a folder that everyone else in the user's security group can see.
