We are experiencing a unique issue I'm hoping to get help/clarification on. We have thresholds setup on everyone's home directory. At 80%, an email is sent to the user who exceeded the threshold, at 90% the user and our helpdesk (helpdesk@domain),
and 100% which is the same as 90%. What we are seeing is that when someone suddenly exceeds both the 80% and the 90% thresholds, an email is only sent to the user and not the helpdesk. I'm assuming because it is processing the first threshold reached. Is there a way to correct this so it processes tha tlast threshold reached?
