Replication issues

Hello,

I have been researching this issue for some time now and can't find a solution. I have 3 domain controller in my environment and they are not replicating the SYSVOL folder. I created some group policies, some computers on receives them and some don't. I traced the issue to be a replication issue. I compared the SYSVOL folders on all 3 dc's and 2 of the dc's are not up to date.

I had a dc running win 2008, I demoted that and turned it off. I then created a new a replication group using DFS management and deleted the old one because it was giving me an error. I created the new replication group using the exact same settings except this group now includes only the three DC's running windows 2012. After the group was created I run health report and that is when i got the event error below:

Event 6410: The DFS Replication service failed to initialize replicated folder C:\Windows\SYSVOL\domain because the service detected that one of its working folders overlaps a Windows system folder. This is an unsupported configuration.

Then I followed Microsoft's instructions to force a replication between DC's and the event below started appearing:

Event 6002: The DFS Replication service detected invalid msDFSR-Subscriber object data while polling for configuration information.

I have googled both the issues and i couldn't find solution to either one of them. So i am asking the experts here to help. I am sorry if i posted in the wrong forum and appreciate any helpful responses. Thanks in advance.
