Windows Server 2012 R2 100% CPU Utilisation when using File and Storage Services

Hi

I have a Windows Server 2012 R2 Standard server. It is a DC, DNS Server with File Services and storage installed. It runs DFS shares and I am currently setting up deduplication on the drives that hold data.

It is a virtual server running on VMWare 5.5 and had deduplication set up on 2 virtual disks on the SAN array.

When I Click on Server Manager > File and Storage Services > Volumes to check the set up, what seems to be an infinite loop from svhost to lsass uses 100% CPU. It always says they are waiting for each other.

I have downloaded all the Hotfixes I could find from Microsoft and have them all installed but it still happens.

If someone could please help I can provide whatever info you need.

Thanks
